These Charging Terms are between you and {{operator_name}} (the "Operator"), the business that operates the charger you are about to use. The Operator provides the charging service; White Stripe Innovations Private Limited provides the software platform (zevOS) that runs the charging page, takes the payment and issues the receipt, and is not the provider of the charging service.
By tapping the pay or start button you agree to these Terms, the Operator's Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the zevOS Privacy Notice.
1. Who can charge
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You must use the charger only with a vehicle and cable that are compatible with it and in good condition, and follow any instructions displayed on the charger or at the site.
2. Price and what you pay
- The price of a session — per kWh, per minute, a session fee, an idle fee after a stated grace period, or a combination — is set by the Operator and shown on this page before you pay.
- The amount you prepay is an estimate. The final amount is calculated from the energy and time actually recorded by the charger and may be lower than the amount prepaid; any unused amount is returned as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Where a pre-authorisation is taken instead of a payment, only the final amount is captured and the rest is released by your bank in its normal time.
- Idle or overstay fees, where shown, start after the grace period shown on this page and continue until you unplug.
- Priority holds, where offered and selected, are charged at the price shown even if you end the session early.
3. Starting, stopping and interruptions
- A session starts when the charger accepts the start command and ends when you stop it, unplug, the prepaid amount is used up, or a limit set by the Operator is reached.
- A session may be interrupted by the charger, the vehicle, the electricity supply, the network or the Operator. Neither the Operator nor zevOS guarantees uninterrupted charging. If a session ends early because of a fault, you pay only for the energy delivered.
- Remote stop, receipts and session history are provided on this page and, if you sign in, in your account.
4. Safety and your responsibilities
- Check the cable and connector before plugging in. Do not use a charger that is visibly damaged, and report faults to the Operator.
- Do not tamper with the charger, the cable, RFID cards, meter readings or the payment process.
- You are responsible for damage caused by using an incompatible or faulty vehicle or cable, by misuse, or by ignoring on-site instructions.
- The Operator is responsible for the safe condition of its chargers and site. zevOS is not responsible for the physical charger or the site.
5. Payments and wallet
- Payments are processed by a regulated payment provider; by paying you also agree to that provider's terms. Card details are never stored by the Operator or zevOS.
- A prepaid wallet balance, where offered, is stored value held by the Operator for charging on the Operator's chargers only. It is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest, is not transferable, and is refundable only as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Promotional credits are not refundable.
6. Your account and data
- If you sign in, your number or email is used to identify you, send receipts, handle refunds and, if you opt in, offers. The Operator's privacy notice and the zevOS Privacy Notice explain this.
- You can download your data, withdraw optional consents and delete your account from your account settings.
7. Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator's liability to you for any session is limited to the amount you paid for that session, and neither the Operator nor zevOS is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.
8. Disputes and contact
If something is wrong with a session, contact the Operator first at {{operator_support_email}} with the session code on your receipt — most issues are resolved within three business days. Meter readings and the session log are available for any disputed session. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Operator's place of business ({{operator_jurisdiction}}), without prejudice to any consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
9. Changes
The Operator may update these Terms. If a change is material you will be asked to agree again before your next payment; the version you agreed to is shown on every receipt.
