What it can do
It reads your operational data and shows its working
Every answer comes with the underlying records — the sessions, the state transitions, the settlement lines. You are meant to check it, not believe it.

What it deliberately cannot do
Anything with a consequence stays where it is audited
Copilot reads. Anything with a consequence stays behind the existing permissioned, audited workflows.
- Issue commands to chargers
- Change tariffs or pricing
- Approve settlements or move money
- See anything the asking user is not already permitted to see
Scoping
Copilot cannot see past your permissions
It runs inside the same authorisation model as the rest of the platform, which means it is not a separate surface to secure.
Station groups apply
A staff member restricted to certain sites gets answers about those sites only — the restriction is applied where the query is built, not by filtering the reply.
Partners see their own
A site partner asking about uptime gets their own chargers. There is no phrasing that reaches around the tenancy boundary.
Tenants stay separate
Copilot has no cross-tenant view. One operator’s data is not reachable from another operator’s question.
