Split the revenue, pay the site, keep the ledger
Almost nobody owns all the land their chargers stand on. The moment a mall, a hotel or a franchisee takes a share of the session, revenue sharing becomes the operational problem that eats your finance team. zevOS computes the split per session and turns it into statements and payouts.

Capabilities
What this gives you
Contract-driven splits
Each partner contract defines how revenue divides: a percentage of session value, a fixed amount per kWh delivered, a rental floor, or a combination with a minimum guarantee. The contract is the rule; the platform applies it.
- Percentage of gross or of net-of-tax session value
- Fixed ₹/kWh to the site owner
- Minimum monthly guarantee with true-up
- Effective-dated terms so a renegotiation does not rewrite history
Settlement runs
Close a period and the platform produces each partner’s statement: sessions, energy, gross value, deductions, platform fee, taxes and net payable. Approve the run and the payouts are recorded against it.
Statements a partner will accept
Every settlement line links to the sessions behind it. When a mall’s finance team asks why last month is lower, the answer is a download, not a meeting.
Beneficiaries and payout records
Bank details are held per beneficiary, and each payout carries its reference, date and status so the ledger closes cleanly.
Questions
What operators ask about this
Does zevOS move the money?
Settlement amounts are computed, approved and recorded on the platform, and payouts are executed through your bank or payment partner. The ledger and the statement are the platform’s job; the funds movement stays under your control.
Can a partner log in and see their own numbers?
Yes. Partners get a scoped portal showing only their sites, sessions, uptime and settlements.
