What drivers pay

The tariff is the operator’s, not ours

Drivers pay the charging tariff set by the charger operator for each session — shown on the charger page before the session starts. Typical tariffs range from ₹12 to ₹25 per kWh depending on the site and charger type; some sites add a per-minute idle fee or a flat connection fee. The amount charged is calculated from the energy actually delivered as reported by the charger meter, and a receipt is issued for every session.

How fees are collected

Two mechanisms, depending on your plan

On Starter, White Stripe Innovations Private Limited collects the driver payment and settles the balance to the operator after deducting the platform fee. On Pro, Meter and Enterprise, usage is invoiced monthly and collected by bank transfer or an auto-debit mandate. Fees may change with 30 days' notice; see the Terms & Conditions.

Questions

What operators ask about pricing

Why is there no subscription?

Because the risk in a new charging network is empty chargers, and a fixed monthly licence lands hardest exactly when a site is least able to carry it. A usage-based fee means an empty month costs you nothing — and it means we only do well when your chargers do.

Who collects the driver payment?

On Starter, we collect and settle the balance to you after the platform fee. On Pro, Meter and Enterprise you bring your own payment gateway, so driver payments land directly in your merchant account under your descriptor, and platform usage is invoiced separately.

What happens if I exceed the charger limit on a plan?

We will tell you before it becomes a problem and move you to the next plan, with the commercials confirmed in writing first. Nothing stops working because you added a charger.

Are these prices inclusive of GST?

No. All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST at the applicable rate.

Can fees change?

Yes, with 30 days’ notice, as set out in the Terms & Conditions. We do not change pricing retroactively.

Is there a contract lock-in?

Starter, Pro and Meter run without a minimum term. Enterprise is an annual agreement because it usually involves committed support and deployment obligations. Your data is exportable in full at any time, on every plan.

Bring your session numbers, or an estimate of them, and we will tell you what you would actually pay rather than which tier you fall into.
