Residents charge against a driver group tied to their unit; sessions accumulate to a monthly statement that goes out with maintenance dues instead of being absorbed by the common bill.
Load shared across the basement
Available capacity is distributed across active sessions and returned to the pool as cars finish, so more bays were wired than the sanction could serve simultaneously.
Guests pay the visitor rate
Guest sessions run through the QR flow at a visitor price with no account needed, which also stopped guests occupying resident bays overnight.
A statement the committee can read
Per-connector energy and cost recovery, presented plainly enough to be circulated without a covering explanation.
